Orders

We accept orders through calls or written mandates. Once your order is received, we will issue a Performa Invoice detailing the product information, quantity, price, shipping details, and payment terms. This invoice serves as our contract. We request our clients to thoroughly review and sign the Performa Invoice to confirm the order.

Payment

We accept wire transfers and letters of credit (LC) as payment methods. For orders under $15,000, we require a 100% advance payment before shipment. For orders over $15,000, a 30% advance payment is required before production, with the remaining 70% due before shipment. LC payment terms will be determined based on the LC agreement.

Shipment

We offer both air and sea shipping based on customer preferences. Once the shipment is ready, we will provide the necessary details, including vessel or flight name, departure and arrival dates, and bill of lading or airway bill information.

Quality

We strive to maintain the highest quality standards for our products. We collaborate with top farmers and manufacturers, and our quality control team inspects products throughout the production process. Should any quality issues arise, we request that clients notify us within ten days of receiving the goods.

Packaging

We offer a range of packaging options, including containers, vacuum bags, PP bags, and jute bags. We can also customize packaging to meet specific customer requirements, though additional charges may apply for bespoke packaging.

Shipping Documentation

We provide all necessary shipping documents, including the invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and phytosanitary certificate, as required by our customers. Additional documentation may incur extra

We aim to deliver goods within the specified delivery window. However, delivery times may vary due to factors such as product availability, shipping method, and customs clearance.

Cancellation and No Refund Policy

We request our clients to notify us of order cancellations as early as possible. Please note that cancellation fees may apply depending on the product and production stage.

Terms and Conditions

Please read our terms and conditions carefully before using our services, as they form a contract between you and us. We adhere to all applicable laws of the Indian Constitution. In cases of involvement in illegal activities, we reserve the right to permanently ban and take legal action against offenders.
